El Negro Mas Chulo: African by legacy, Mexican by birth traces the community of Afro Mexicans living on the Pacific and Gulf Coasts of Mexico. Photographer Ayana Jackson and writer Marco Villalobos trace the rich history of Africa in Mexico.
