I saw these today in their natural habitat. After decades of use; still comfortable, still functional, still sturdy, still beautiful.

I went to the Eames house in Malibu on Saturday. It was great to be able to see that the vision they had for the world is so close to what is and SHOULD be adopted now. It’s true – the eighties and beyond produced indulgent and negligent design that probably moved us backwards as a people!
